[GEODE-6795] Update and correct Native Client XSD

Description

The Native Client XSD has fallen behind the current implementation.

Among the corrections needed (not an exhaustive list) are:

• removal of <client-cache> attributes "redundancy-level" and "endpoints"
• correction of units for various parameters. For example, "pr-single-hop-enabled" should be boolean, "subscription-ack-interval" should be duration.

When revising, remember to update the "version" attribute and the filename to matching versions (probably 1.10 in this case).
