Description

On the reference page for the `gfsh create region` command, some region-wide parameters are incorrectly described as applying to the regions themselves, when they actually apply to all entries within the region. The params whose descriptions need correcting are:

• region-idle-time-expiration and region-idle-time-expiration-action
• region-time-to-live-expiration and region-time-to-live-expiration-action
