[GEODE-6000] jdbc-mapping --pdx-name should be required

Description

The jdbc-mapping command has a --pdx-name option. It should be required.

Currently if no pdx- name is given then the data will be pdx instances that do not have a domain class. Support for these "typeless" pdx instances should be removed and an error thrown if the required pdx-name is not given.
