[GEODE-5688] Improve behavior surrounding generated sources and the IDE

Description

A fresh checkout of Geode cannot be build from the IDE without first generating the protobuf and ANTLR sources from command-line. Please:

• Fix the gradle files to allow from-scratch building in the IDE
• Make a short-hand task to generate these sources (but not waste time on others) so that the IDE is functional
