[GEODE-5635] Cannot run http tests from geode-assembly in IntelliJ

Description

The problem appears to be that GemFireVersion.properties is not found. When running from the command line this is found in geode-core-<version>.jar, but file that is never referenced when running from IntelliJ (it doesn't appears on the classpath).
