[GEODE-5353] gfsh hint should be case independent

Description

The gfsh hint command does not accept topic arguments that start with lower case letters.  It should. Here is an example:

gfsh>hint help

Unknown topic: help. Use hint; to view the list of available topics. 

gfsh>hint Help

Provides usage information for gfsh & its commands.
