Description
As a dev using the new protocol, I want to maintain connections to multiple servers to facilitate increased performance. So, I need to be able to retrieve info on all servers in the cache or in a server group I provide.
Add GetAllServers message to locator, providing collection of all servers. If a server group is provided, only return servers belonging to that server group. Return error if no servers are available, rather than just returning empty collection.
