These tests in org.apache.geode.cache.query.partitioned invoke singleton getters.

CacheFactory.getAnyInstance():

• PRQueryDUnitHelper$TestQueryFunction
• PRColocatedEquiJoinDUnitTest$TestQueryFunction

GemFireCacheImpl.getInstance():

• PRBasicIndexCreationDeadlockDUnitTest
