Description

Delete the following:

• HashFunction.hpp
• HashMapT.hpp, HashSetT.hpp (move typedefs and delete)
• VectorT.hpp (move typedets and delete)
• geode_types.hpp: converted source to std::shared_ptr<X> so delete this
  GF_PTR_DEF(DistributedSystem, DistributedSystemPtr);
  GF_PTR_DEF(CacheFactory, CacheFactoryPtr);
  GF_PTR_DEF(RegionService, RegionServicePtr);
• cleanup and move GeodeCppCache.hpp
