      Example:

      CacheStatistics ... Region.getLocalCacheStatistics()
      CacheStatistics ... Region.getServerCacheStatistics()

      Or Region.getLocalView() and Region.getServerView()

      For Caching_Proxy would have a local view PROXY regions it would be null or empty.
