Description

With the completion of GEODE-1, we need to update the following:

1) Project name references no longer need to include "(incubating)"
2) Project website references should remove ".incubator"
3) Project email lists should remove ".incubator"
4) DISCLAIMER no longer applies
5) Git repo references should remove "incubator-"
