Support optional properties

iPOJO properties are mandatory in the sense that properties must be assigned before instance creation. However, sometimes more flexibility is required and property values could be set later (during the execution).
This improvement aims to provide optional properties support. In fact, each property should be optional, and only properties described as mandatory should be mandatory.
