Make traffic class for sockets configurable

    Description

      Currently there is no way to set the traffic class for either sockets used for data connections or for the NioListener acceptor sessionConfig.
      Because this is a feature I needed for a project I'm working on, I made a patch enabling configuration of the traffic class for both connections, that I will attach.
