        Added two features:

        When the search@provider="lucene" is set, the lucene-index create the index for the run target.

        You can run forrest lucene-index and it will recreate the index from the command line.

        Great, thanks.

        I suggest that this issue should remain marked "unresolved" until
        * a more elegant way of generating the index is available;
        * correct display of the search box has been worked into the other skins.

        I have just commited this version.
        It looks very good!.
        I make some minor modifications:
        FIX typo on search.xmap
        group all the xsl under the search directory.
        Remove all the values from xsl:param that are not used it.

        Modify the lucent-index ant target so It could create a index offline. It is not working yet as we need to put both directories in the same location {project.cocoon-work-dir}

        The same patch again, updated to match the current svn trunk.
        Please note that the new version of this patch only works with the forrest-site skin.

        The locations of three stylesheets have also changed. These are now at:
        src/core/context/resources/stylesheets/search/document2lucene.xsl
        src/core/context/resources/stylesheets/search/lucene-update2document.xsl
        src/core/context/resources/stylesheets/search/search2document.xsl

        Completely rewritten Lucene-based index and search functionality.

        To apply patch, untar forrest.lucene-search.tar.gz in your Forrest CVS checkout root, then say "patch -p0 < forrest.lucene-search.patch" and rebuild Forrest.

        To get rid of the patch if you so choose, after the usual "cvs update -C", delete the following files (relative to root of your CVS checkout):

        forrest.lucene-search.patch
        src/core/context/search.xmap
        src/core/context/resources/stylesheets/document2lucene.xsl
        src/core/context/resources/stylesheets/lucene-update2document.xsl
        src/core/context/resources/stylesheets/search2document.xsl
        src/core/context/resources/stylesheets/aggregates/book2cinclude-lucene.xsl

        First version is on CVS.
        This is a list of issues that we need to resolved before close this bug:

        - Index documents by asking Cocoon for the xml views. This will include files like "todo" or "changes" in the searching scope.

        - Improve the indexer to store a "normalized" version of the content
        (replacing accented characters).

        - Improve the search page by including radio buttons (to search in authors and title).

        - Add searching to static sites.

        - Remove hardcoded reference on ForrestSearchServlet.

        - Display menus on return page.

        - Search parameter does not look righ on query
