This is the team project set file. This file should be downloaded by the user. In Eclipse, go to File-> Import ->Team Project Set
Click on Next and browse for the file forrestProjectSet.psf. Click on Finish and Eclipse will import the projects from svn.

I created the team project set file but I am not sure where the file would go. What would the easiest place to store the file so that somone can use it ?
