Windows 98
Description
As it is, is not possible to build forrest in Windows 98, because command.com shell doesn't permit an equal "=" sign in batch variables.
I've done a patch to build forrest in Windows 98 using TakeCommand as shell. Take Command is not free but it's the only one I've found to do that. There is a free shell, 4DOS, from the same firma (jpsoft) but it has a limitation of 511 charactars for command, which make it useless for this.
I've suggest also a couple of changes:
Stop dupplicating commands, both for Windows_NT and WINNT values of
%OS%.
Stop calling forrestpath.bat and appendcp.bat from within a FOR loop (there is already a loop in both batch files so I think the first loop isn't necessary).
