Description
Currently sections (or subsection, or subsubsections) must have some
content in order to be accepted by the wiki grammar. 'Empty' sections
(which have only a title, but no content) are rejected.
For instance a skeleton document (containing only section titles),
would not be accepted by the current grammar.
The attachment contains a little patch to 'wiki.grm' which can
solve this problem, allowing sections not to contain any paragraph.
