[FOR-269] Typo in open-office/catalog comments causes older validation tools to fail

Description

In using the Forrest catalog for validation with other tools (a separate instance of Cocoon), it was found that cocoon pipelines in the separate instance were suddenly failing after 'svn update' of Forrest.

Problem was tracked down to XML style comments in src/core/context/resources/schema/open-office/catalog.

A patch will be provided.

NOTE: This doesn't affect Forrest itself since Forrest uses the catalog.xcat catalogs. It does however impact other tools that use the older style catalogs.
