      Description

The Copyright and License footer needs to be able to link directly to a license or document. At the moment, one can only put the "vendor" name into skinconf.xml and the skin stylesheets build the statement. The skinconf might need an additional element, say "license", to enable this. This ability is needed for both the HEAD and version 0.5.*

Why is this needed? We only need to apply the Apache License to source files, not the generated HTML files. Certainly this could be a nice feature, but I don't think we need to worry about it now.

I would also like this feature at work.

But here at apache I think the generated files also need the license attached.
