Description

When building a "war" from a fresh-site the pdf plugin fails with:
ERROR (2009-01-30) 10:51.27:086 [sitemap] (/my-project/samples-b/faq.html) http-8080-1/ExcaliburComponentManager: Caught an exception trying to initialize the component handler.
