Per the thread here: http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=fop-
user&m=107066272223760&w=2, for our new properties resolution work, make sure
percentage (width, etc.) resolutions are recalculated when placed on subsequent
pages (= new Area.blocks) that have different margins.
