Description

I have a text encoded with special characters like diaeresis, umlaut with combining character like 'combining macron'. For instance, sequence ǟ

In the PDF such sequence looks overlapped (see test_combining_char.pdf):

In Word and HTML it render ok:

-macron placed over diaeresis.
