Description

Hello There,

we get an rendering error while attach an pdf with

'<fox:external-document src="url('pdf/Information_Daten_udk_libre.pdf')" content-type="pdf" />'

please take a look at the attached fop-log, especially to:

Caused by: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 26
    at org.apache.fop.render.pdf.pdfbox.MergeTTFonts.buildSubsetIndexToOrigIndexMap(MergeTTFonts.java:440)
    at org.apache.fop.render.pdf.pdfbox.MergeTTFonts.readGlyf(MergeTTFonts.java:62)
