    Description

I've included a sample for LTR and the same file modified for RTL by just switching the writing mode.  The columns flip, and anything with start/end should flip, with anything left/right remaining the same.  It looks like the cell padding left/right/start/end are all reversed in RTL mode.  Its hard to tell from the example, as the border boxes are offset (which I reported separately), but all of the alignments look to be correct.

I poked around to see what other free processors I could try, and there was an online version (old) of RenderX, which I included their output.  The only problem there was the first 5 rows which have left/right alignment, which should have been flipped.
