Description

Table borders should be correctly tagged for screen readers. PAC3 complains about borders being not tagged as artifacts. Because borders are no elements role="artifact" cannot be applied. See this discussion on Stackoverflow: How to correctly tag table border with XSL:FO and Apache FOP
