Description

Add support for ability to perform sub-page transitions in PDF output, e.g., use navigation keys to go forward and back through a series of bullets on a page representing a slide.

It is expected that the following sections of PDF 32000-1 will be used to implement this feature:

(1) optional content (8.11)
(2) sub-page navigation (12.4.4.2)
(3) actions (12.6)
