[PATCH] NullPointerException after page IPD change

    Description

      The error occurs when FOP detects an IPD change and redoes phase 1 of the layout process. A NullPointerException is fired in getNextBlockListChangedIPD() at line 820, it seems that getPosition() is returning null.

      Can anyone confirm this issue?
