Description

The TLEs in the AFP output have an unused Attribute Qualifier Triplet which most (in our experience) AFP parsers don't recognise. Their use is for allowing a structured hierarchy for the TLE meta-data, but currently only the sequence number is incremented and it's a flat tree (essentially a linked-list.) This makes the sequence number fairly redundant and can be removed without consequence.
