Description

I have a Flume deployment that consists of 2 Flume nodes in 8 different data centers. When we make changes the deployments are quite time consuming because each server requires its own configuration. Managing the configurations with Spring Cloud Config would make this much easier and also align it with our other applications. 

The plan for HTTP support would be that it can either use straight polling on an interval or, optionally, listen for the AMQP events Spring Cloud Config can publish and only poll when an event is detected.
