[FLUME-2093] binary tarball that is created by flume's assembly shouldn't contain sources

Description

It seems that the binary tarball contains sources and quite a few other artifacts (flume-ng-doc and flume-ng-tests).

Would it be more reasonable to only have the binaries, jars and the actual rendered docs?
