Description

Error:

java.lang.NullPointerException 
at org.apache.flume.channel.file.LogFileV3$SequentialReader.<init>(LogFileV3.java:288) 

ProtosFactory.LogFileMetaData.parseDelimitedFrom returns null if the the first byte of the file cannot be read.
