Major Description
We should sections in the docs where we explicitly talk about the fact that users need to be aware of, and potentially handle, the fact that events may be delivered out of order and a particular event may be delivered multiple times. This comes up frequently on the user list, the documentation should detail both of these issues and provide strategies ("best practice", whatever) for handling.
