Add support for Avro Native output files.

      Description

Right now flume's outputs raw avro records instead of using its native file format. This was because the file format had not solidified when first implemented. This would enable flume data consumers to not have to go to text formats or require flume jars to run.

With this now closed, it would be great to revisit FLUME-250 to allow compressed Avro output.
