    Description

      In order to make use of additional resources in the passive container mode, we should make the JobMaster aware when new slots are registered at the ResourceManager. Alternatively, one could proactively assign the slots to a JobMaster. The respective TaskExecutor would then offer these slots to the JobMaster.
