Description

I ran integration tests for flink 1.3 RC2 and got the following failure:

Failed tests:
  HBaseConnectorITCase>HBaseTestingClusterAutostarter.tearDown:240->HBaseTestingClusterAutostarter.deleteTables:127 Exception found deleting the table expected null, but was:<org.apache.hadoop.hbase.exceptions.TimeoutIOException: java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException: The procedure 5 is still running>
