Make server address of BlobCache configurable

    Description

      Currently, the BlobCache can only be started with a fixed address of the BlobServer such that it know where to ask for blobs which are not already cached. In order to connect to a new BlobServer a new BlobCache has to be created, effectively deleting all previously cached files. This thwarts the essential purpose of a cache and, thus, should be changed.

      I propose to make the server address configurable such that a single BlobCache can be connected to a new BlobServer.
