    Description

      Currently, the web UI only exposes task-level metrics. We should expose the job-level metrics as well.

      The infrastructure on the server-side is there (job-level metrics are exposed), only a view in the AngularJS application is missing.

      The job-level metrics should be a top-level register, next to 'Overview' and 'Timeline'.
