    Description

      We identified code duplicates in the PojoSerializer when working on FLINK-32380 (see related thread in the PR).

      We should be cautious when doing this change. This part of the code is performance-sensitive. We should monitor the change in the Flink performance tests (see dev ML announcement for context and link collection) if we decide to do this.
