Description

The FLINK 1.16 has introduced new mechanism to allow passing a ClassLoader to EnvironmentSettingsFLINK-15635,  and the Flink SQL client will pass a `ClientWrapperClassLoader`, making that table store CatalogFactory can't be found if it is added by 'ADD JAR' statement through SQL Client.
