Description

For the oss (object store) filesystem. When writing hint file, delete it first and then add it. Reading hint file may fail frequently. We don't need to return directly in case of failure. We can add a retry.

Failed to read hint file LATEST. Falling back to listing files.
java.io.FileNotFoundException: oss://lake_v4/snapshot/LATEST: No such file or directory!
