[FLINK-29400] Default Value of env.log.max in documentation is incorrect

Description

The default value of env.log.max is 10 as per the code in master (https://github.com/apache/flink/blob/master/flink-dist/src/main/flink-bin/bin/config.sh#L137).

However the Flink Documentation says the default value is 5 (https://nightlies.apache.org/flink/flink-docs-master/docs/deployment/config/#env-log-max) which is incorrect
