Introduced by FLINK-29152 which introduces org.apache.hadoop.hive.metastore.MetaStoreUtils.

DEFAULT_SERIALIZATION_FORMAT,  TableType.INDEX_TABLE, ErrorMsg.SHOW_CREATETABLE_INDEX.    But they don't exist in Hive3.
