Description

Maven 3.8.5 had a change (as I understand it for consistency purposes) where properties set on the command-line are also applied to upstream dependencies.

In other words, since Hadoop has a hadoop.version property in their parent pom, when we set this CI it not only sets our property, but also the one from Hadoop.

We should prefix our property with "flink" to prevent such conflicts.
