Description

FLINK-7967 deprecated the following Flink configuration options in 1.5:

fs.hdfs.hdfsdefault
fs.hdfs.hdfssite
fs.hdfs.hadoopconf

These are deprecated for 10 minor releases so I think it's time to remove them.
