Description

The SourceFunction and SinkFunction should not be used by connectors anymore, who should be using the new Source API (See FLIP-27 + Sources documentation) and/or Sink API (See FLIP-143 or FLIP-171).

Therefore we should properly annotate these as deprecated so they can be removed in future versions.
