Motivation

User stories:
As a Flink user, I’d like to use a Kinesis Consumer based on the AWS SDK for Java 2.x rather than the Kinesis Consumer Library.

 

• Maintain all the features of the current consumer at `org.apache.flink.streaming.connectors.kinesis.FlinkKinesisConsumer` in the new source
• The new sink should live in the module `flink-connector-aws-kinesis-streams` (old: `flink-connector-kinesis`)
