Description

This ticket add a new extension and some other classes to help the JUnit 5 migration.

1. ParameterizedTestExtension and two annotations is used to help to migrate the JUnit 4 parameterized test
2. TempDirUtils provides some common methods in org.junit.rules.TemporaryFolder.
3. {}LongHashTableTest shows how to use the new extension in JUnit 5.
