    Description

      We recently discussed test assertion on the ML (https://lists.apache.org/thread/33t7hz8w873p1bc5msppk65792z08rgt), and came to the conclusion to that we want to encourage contributions to use assertj as much as possible. In order to do that, we should add assertj in flink-parent pom as test dependency
