[FLINK-24980] Collect sizes of finished BLOCKING result partitions

Description

The adaptive batch scheduler needs to know the size of each result partition when the task is finished.

This issue will introduce the numBytesProduced counter and register it into TaskIOMetricGroup, to record the size of each result partition.
