Description

yarn.application-attempt-failures-validity-interval property was added in YarnConfigOptions since FLINK-12472[yarn], but now the link https://hortonworks.com/blog/apache-hadoop-yarn-hdp-2-2-fault-tolerance-features-long-running-services/ is not available. So we should update this link.
